Estimada Editora: La esclerosis múltiple (EM) es una enfermedad cró- nica desmielinizante, inflamatoria, autoinmune que ataca al sistema nervioso central, produciendo lesiones focales a nivel de la sustancia blanca extensibles a la sustancia gris.
